Beauty Flash Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

Beauty Flash deliver to the following countries:

UK, Ireland, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus , Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France (inc. Monaco), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) using our DPD courier service will be despatched on the same day.

UK Orders

Orders under £100 or orders to UK offshore addresses (e.g. Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight etc) are sent out by Royal Mail Parcels. You have the option to upgrade to DPD courier in the checkout process. Orders over £100 sent to UK mainland addresses are sent by DPD couriers. You have the option to downgrade to Royal Mail in the checkout process.

Royal Mail expected delivery time - Royal Mail Parcels will be between 2 and 4 working days.

Beauty Flash may split your order into two or more batches.

DPD expected delivery time - Guaranteed next working day (this excludes Saturdays and bank holidays) Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday to Friday.

Our DPD courier service is available for all UK addresses with the exception of the following postcodes IV, HS, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, BT, IM, TR, GY, JE, FK, AB

DPD provide a fantastic service. The day your delivery is due you will should receive a text message and an email giving you a one hour delivery window (so you don't have to wait in all day!) If you can't do that day you can easily rearrange delivery for another day!

Orders outside UK

Orders to EU countries are sent by Royal Mail and national carriers as appropriate. A flat rate delivery charge of £4.99 applies. Expected delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.

Please note for ALL EUROPEAN ORDERS that we are unable to despatch aerosols outside of the UK. If you purchase these then they will be cancelled from your order and refunded back to your card.

Beauty Flash may split your order into two or more batches due to Royal Mail's insurance policies.

Delayed or Lost in the Post orders:

Both of our delivery services are very reliable and it is very rare that anything is delayed or lost in the post. However if this ever does occur to your order please allow for the below:

For UK orders sent by Royal Mail we are unable to make any enquiries into the whereabouts of your product until 15 working days have elapsed.

For DPD orders if your parcel does not arrive next working day please contact us so we can chase this up immediately with DPD.

For EU orders we are unable to make any enquiries until 20 working days have elapsed.
