It is with no doubt the best cleanser out there. I have a very difficult skin type that needs a lot of moisture but gets oily and spotty very easily. This one is a perfect find, great for my oily skin but leaving it moisturised.

I would strongly suggest caution when using this product. Having tried it last week, I ended up in hospital having suffered a severe reaction to it. My skin is certainly not overly sensitive and never have I had an outcome like this, not even with fake tan etc. the morning after using it, I had a burnt and tight face with swollen eyes. This got worse over time and it was like every bit of moisture had been taken out of my face and I was peeling like mad.
I have received no response from Dermalogica, which is disappointing. I'm sure this is not the outcome wi everyone but please use with caution.

For years I'd used make up remover pads, facial wipes etc to remove dirt, daily grease build up and make up from my face. I'd always found that not only did they dry out my skin, but also I needed to use excessive amounts of the product to remove all make up. I'd been trying to find a product to lift all dirt and make up without the drying affect I was used to. I found everything I needed in Precleanse! It's amazing. The make up is gently removed from your face (all traces!!) and your skin is left feeling incredibly soft afterwards. Can't do without it now!

Tried it out when it was first launched. I was skeptical in the beginning because I have oily skin. Lo and behold! It took oil to break down the extra sebum on my skin! Worked wonders when combined with the Special Cleansing Gel. They are both my perfect companion!

This is by far the best pre-cleanser on the market (and I have tried many). This removes my make-up extremely well every evening before I cleanse and the scent is so relaxing that I feel I'm being pampered in a beauty salon. I would definitely recommend it (and it lasts for ages, as you only need to use a little bit)

This product is AMAZING! I first thought that it would just break me out but it has done the opposite and has cleared up my breakouts and evened out my skin. At first, I was a little suspicious of the oily texture. Now I have been using this for several months and just ordered a new bottle. This takes away all the make-up very easily and is easy to use. The combination of this and Special Cleansing Gel has helped to reduce the breakouts and black heads caused by dehydrated skin. The cap of the bottle is a bit messy (-1 star)

I was really sceptical at first - why put more oil onto my skin where it was already oily?! But after getting a sample from my beauty therapist, I was hooked and bought myself a bottle straight away. The best product I have ever came across. I was first introduced to Dermalogica a year ago and from then i have never used anything else. I had always been a user of face wipes to remove my makeup which left my skin feeling really dry and dull, when I started using Precleanse the result straight away was amazing smooth and bright looking skin, after a few weeks of using it I noticed my skin became clearer. I now get less breakouts so I would never go back to using face wipes. I would recommend everyone to use Dermalogica as it also makes you feel happier with yourself inside as well as outside!
