 Although I've given this product 5 stars, a word of warning. This is highly addictive and you will want to use it all the time, as it does what it says on the tin. However, I have very fair, dry skin and both me and my teenage daughter found that, after a few daily uses, our skin was not only drying out, but the skin was overcompensating by producing oil which just turned to blackheads. Had to stop using it for a while. Thinking of buying it again, but just using once a week. It seems such a gentle, benign product, but proceed with caution.

My fave exfoliant by far from dermalogica! A powder based formula which is so quick and easy to foam up it feels lovely on the skin without stripping skin and giving it an instant brightening boost! Love to mix this with Special Cleansing Gel for a power cleanse! :) !!

I used the product at night after being prescribed by a therapist., i was told to use it at night, after using it as directed, i woke up the nest morning (after 2nd use) with a red, swollen and angry face. After a week of this happening my face is still not right. I wouldnt recommend this product, or i would only use it once a week and it can be quite strong.

I love this micrfoliant, I used to use St Ives and loved that but this is finer and makes you feel much cleaner. I have minor acne on my face but since using this product (8 months now) I haven't had a bad break out. Definitely worth every penny

I started using this product about 5 years ago and to be honest I wouldn't even consider using anything else. I used to be plagued with spots even aged 37 but now at 42 I very rarely get them. A great product which I have recommended to many friends and would definately recommend it to anyone reading this review.

This is the most amazing gentle exfoliant I’ve ever used, and a tube lasts forever! I don’t use it every day (through sheer laziness) but probably every other day and it leaves my acne prone skin feeling smooth, bright and clean (without being ravaged to within an inch of its life like with other high street exfoliants!) After the first week of using it I commented on how smooth my hands were, and then I realised it was because I was washing my face with this! I use alongside Special Cleansing Gel and Active Moist and my skin is amazing.

I love this product it's easy to use and so effective, I have always looked after my skin and used another well known brand for at least 10 years. But recently I discovered the Dermalogica range when a friend told my to try the Daily Microfoliant I liked it so much I purchased the Cleanser, Toner and Moisturiser , the samples they sent are handy as I tried the Precleanse oil and loved it, that is on my next shopping list, thanks Beauty Flash for excellent service.

I have been using this product for years and every now and then I get lazy and stop using it and I notice uneven skin tone, breakouts and dull skin. This really does take years off your skin and gives it a youthful glow. It is very mild and easy to use. I used to use the Skin Prep Scrub and I found this too harsh and it made my sensitive skin very red, but this is the only exfoliator i will use. I highly recommend it for everyday use.

I don't believe that any other product on the market achieves the gentle balance that this microfoliant does. It clears just enough without being abrasive, which as my skin ages is really noticeable. Without it, the uneven surface and tone builds up, and with alternative products the effect is dull rather than brightening. Irreplaceable!!

I have been using Daily Microfoliant for a year and noticed the change to my skin almost immediately. Its my absolute essential beauty product. I regularly receive compliments about how good my skin looks. I've been without for 2 weeks after leaving a bottle in a Madrid hotel (gutted) and I have had a small breakout of spots on my cheek. This is my favourite Dermalogica exfoliant. It comes in light powder form which when combined with a few drops of water and massaged onto my face turns into a creamy lather that removes dead skin cells and leaves my face soft, smooth and feeling amazingly clean. It also helps to clear acne scarring which i have suffered with for years. I highly recommend this product!

I have been using the Microfoliant for a year. I read a review in a magazine and decided to try it. The price is pretty steep but in all honesty, it is worth every penny. I use it every other day and love the feel of my skin afterwards. I do not have a lot of time to get facials done and this keeps my skin smooth and fresh till I can make time. I don't mind the price anymore because my skin glows more and I do not need to get professional facials done as frequently. At the end of the day I'm saving money and having fresher skin on a daily basis.

When I finish massaging the product into my face I dont waste a bit I then rub my hands together with the small amount remaining and give my hands a treat too.

I have been a total skincare butterfly for many years swipping and swapping more times than some people wash their hair but I am currently smitten with Dermalogica and have been using non stop for the whole of 2011, now that is one steady relationship in my books.
This rice based powder is fantastic. It rids skin of impurities and is so gentle you get to use it everyday. I keep mine in the shower and use it as soon as I have washed my face. I used to get hormonal spots around my mouth and chin and once a month they used to pop up and dash my confidence. After only a few weeks of use I could visibly see the difference. The tiny white spots called millia which are common around the chin area had disappeared. I also used to get a few blackheads around the nose and these were also gone ...Miracle!!! Dermalogica Microfoliant is a very fine powder you only need around half a teaspoon onto your palm then mix in a few drops of water and mix. This activates the papain, salicylic acid and rice enzymes. It contains no artificial colour or fragrance so it smells of well nothing which is a good thing! When you have mixed into the paste you need to rub in a circular motion all over the face focusing on the problem areas and then rinse off. You can see straight away that your skin is radiant and feels as soft as a babys bottom, I can honestly say this is one of the only products that has had a dramatic impact on my skin and its one I will be sticking with.

I have sensitive,oily acne prone skin and this is a must have, although the MediBac range keeps spots and oil under control I often suffered with blocked pores around t-zone but this product completely cleared them after just 1 week of use and my skin is so much brighter. Amazing product.

Got this as free sample and ordered immediately, have oily breakout prone skin and although I have got this under control using oil control products from Dermalogica I often had bumpy skin and blackheads especially in t-zone area however this product has removed them all my skin is smooth and completely clear, amazing product a must for oily skin sufferers!

I have combination skin, prone to spots from stress and hormones, but not acne.
I received a sample of this product from Beauty Flash with another product I purchased.
I was scepticle about the hype, but gave it a go and was really pleased.
My skin was looking dull and had annoying spots which wouldn't go.
The product was easy to use and you don't use too much at one time. Once rinsed off my skin felt deep cleansed and after dabbing my face dry, it felt tight and 'fresh'.
I looked in the mirror and it look immediately brighter and clearer. My spots genuinely didn't seem as angry looking and my skin looked smooth and glowing.
Rhe nice thing about this product is that is didn't feel like I had to use a strong alcohol based cleanser or harsh scrub to feel clean. I felt that my skin enjoyed this product and it's consistency.
I will 100% now be purchasing the full size product! Thanks for the sample.

Daily Microfoliant is a great product (in my eyes Dermalogica's best product, for me) it's easy to mix, it's very kind to your skin and easy to use. My skin feels invigorated after use, and you can see the difference after the very first use. This prouct is great in the industry as well, it's easy to take of the skin and you dont get those tiny micro beads all over the treatment area. All in all anyone thinking of buying this product for themselves or for their salon, I'd recommend that they do :D

This is yet another five-star review from me. My facial skin is too sensitive to use this every day (my skin is prone to excema), so I only use it now and then on my face. It is the only thing that clears up the little spots I get on my chin. I also use it in the shower on my chest area where it really cleared up my open pores - nothing I tried did! I love this scrub! I usually break out after exfoliation, but this is so gentle I'm using it daily. A little goes a very long way, so it really lasts. It's great for removing dull dead skin cells without stripping your face like some exfoliants. My skin looks so much fresher and any product I use after seems to work much better. It's also made my large pores look less obvious- probably because this stuff really does clean deep down. I also love the texture- it doesn't scratch but I can really feel it working. Love it!

I received some samples with my latest order - AMAZING!! I am now about to buy. It's a fine powder that turns to a paste when mixed with water on your palms. My face instantly felt fresher & smoother. A really lovely product. I have sensitive skin & this does not irritate at all. A must for part of your routine. LOVE IT!!!

That's definitely my favourite product from Dermalogica. It makes miracles with your skin. Very pleased with outcomes and results. Have been using for about a year now and you can actually see the difference after about 3rd use. Love this product.

Absolutely love this. Gentle enough to use daily. very light and non abrasive. Doesn't leave you feeling like the top layer of your skin has been ripped off but does feel deep down clean.
