As a shopper on our website you have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of our products and receive a full product refund. This applies to unopened products only.

For Dermalogica products we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason you can return the products to us for a refund. Please note we cannot refund postage costs.

If you have benefited from free delivery Beauty Flash reserve the right to refund the cost of your products minus any delivery costs we have incurred in sending the products out to you.

We recommend getting adequate insurance for your return in case of loss in the post.
