Behind the brand – The story of two British sisters
“Balance Me blossomed at our kitchen table over a sisterly chat in our quest to address our work/life balance and find natural, solutions‑driven and British‑made skincare that we wanted to use on ourselves and our family.
We said goodbye to corporate careers and after retraining in yoga and reflexology we combined our competencies to launch a new brand.

It’s called ‘Balance Me’ because each product has been designed to enhance a sense of balance and promote wellbeing. How?
- They’re naturally active and work to solve skin concerns and bring the skin back into balance.
- They are naturally scented with aroma‑therapeutic ingredients to uplift or relax.
- The application of the products brings a moment of pleasurable self‑care.
A true family business
This is at the very core of ‘Who we are’. But it’s not just about the two of us, it’s about the family environment we create at work – and with our ‘community’ on social and our customers online and in‑store. We want everyone to feel they belong. At an office level that means people work well together, and at a customer level, it means they feel loyal and engaged. That kind of engagement is essential for word‑of‑mouth recommendations which has been at the core of our growth.
The brand includes a mixture of products including cleansers, moisturisers, treatments and body products and there is something for all skin types!
