This fragrance and artificial-ingredient-free cleanser contains conditioning rice bran and vitamin E oils, known for their cleansing and repairing qualities. The Precleanse becomes a milky emulsion when water is added and can be gentle enough to use around the eye area to even remove the most stubborn waterproof mascara.
