With 48 hours continuous hydration, Dermalogica Skin Smoothing Cream Moisturiser smooths and improves skin texture. Lecithin moisturises while aloe vera gel nourishes and helps to prevent the appearance of dehydration lines. The skin is soothed and hydrated with cucumber, arnica and extracts of mallow.

Silk amino acid, contained in this Dermalogica Skin Smoothing Cream Moisturiser, aids in the improvement of the skins texture resulting in nourished younger looking skin. This artificial fragrance and colour free moisturiser reduces the effects of free radical activity.
