STEP 1: DAMPEN Dampen the skin and, if desired, apply your preferred body wash STEP 2: MASSAGE Massage in circular motions, applying more pressure for more intense exfoliation. STEP 3: RINSE Finish by rinsing off the skin with warm water. Wring out the mitt and leave to dry.
