Spray over face and body then allow to dry. Start ideally two weeks before the first exposure, morning and/or evening, to prepare your skin. During the period of exposure, apply morning and/or evening, in combination with suitable sun protection, to stimulate natural tanning. After sun exposure, morning and/or evening, underneath your regular face and body skin cares, to sustain the tan.
