The 3-step Phenom System (base coat, Phenom Vivid Colour & Finale Shine Topcoat) is designed to work together to create a harder, shinier finish to nails the more it is exposed to natural light.
- Apply one generous coat over Vivid Colour polish, using as many long strokes as you need for even coverage
- Paint along the free edge of the nail to seal in the shine
