The World’s oldest hair brush manufacturer, Kent Brushes have been creating beautiful handmade brushes for 243 years, founded in 1777 by William Kent.
Kent Brushes have been involved in both World Wars, with millions of brushes keeping the troops in the Army, Navy and RAF stylish with their products, they even created special brushes which maps and compasses were concealed to help the war effort.
Kent Brushes are very specific with the materials used in the process of making their brushes, especially the bristles. Only the finest bristles from India and China are used, which are of the highest quality for the softness and durability of the products. The handles of brushes are sources from forests around the world for the best grain and colour for the timber used, this gives the products their unique look and beautiful finish.
