EVRi ParcelShops and Locker deliveries offer an alternative to home delivery. It allows you to collect your order from over 10,000 locations throughout the UK with a large percentage open until 10pm, 7 days a week.

Free UK Saver Delivery - 2-4 Days

Please note - Orders from Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands and Highlands are excluded from Free UK Saver Delivery. Deliveries to Jersey, Channel Islands and Isle of Man will take between 3-7 days and in some remote areas up to 10 days.

It's free! Simply spend over £25 with us and you will automatically qualify for our Free UK Saver Delivery option.

Your parcel will be sent with EVRi courier service. You will be sent an email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. If you're not in when the parcel is delivered the courier will re-attempt delivery up to a maximum of three times. Please make sure you give a delivery address where someone will be able to accept, or a safe place is available as parcels may be left in your nominated safe place or with a neighbour.

You can create a free account within EVRi to set your delivery preferences/requests for all deliveries with EVRi.

Delivery can be made any time, usually between 7am and 9pm, and sometimes later where deliveries are being done at peak times of year. After three delivery attempts your parcel will be returned to us.

UK Express Delivery £4.49 - Next Working Day

Our UK Express service is our fastest option.

All orders need to be placed before 10pm Monday to Friday and 2pm Saturday to Sunday. All orders dispatched from our warehouse on the same day, subject to stock availability and security checks.

Your parcel will be sent with EVRi courier service. You will be sent an email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. A signature may be required dependant on weight and value of your order, so please make sure you give a delivery address where someone will be able to accept, or a safe place is available as parcels may be left in your nominated safe place or with a neighbour.

For the majority of UK addresses this service will be Next Working Day (subject to stock availability).

European Deliveries

European orders are sent by EVRi and passed on to the local courier. Your parcel should take between 3 and 7 working days (up to 10 days in remote areas) to be delivered to you depending on your exact location. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order. 

Restricted Items

Please be aware that we cannot send parcels containing batteries, perfumes, aftershaves and aerosols outside of the European Union and Norway. To avoid delay to the processing of your order, please do not select any of the above as we will be unable to fulfil your order if you are located outside of these regions.

Electrical Items

All electrical products come with UK power adaptors only. Local converts will be required and you must check that the voltage will work in your area. We cannot be held responsible for any compatibility issues.

Free Returns

If you would like to return or exchange your order - Please contact our Customer Services Team for your free-post returns label.

When returning your order, please ensure you request a proof of postage. If on the rare occasion your parcel is lost on its way to you, we would need the proof of postage/receipt to investigate further.

If you’ve returned your order, please allow 10 days from the date you returned your order for it to be processed. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email to let you know. If 10 days has passed, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be able to help further.
